Welcome to The Three Schools of Drayton Parslow Village School, Mursley CE School and Swanbourne CE School. Ours are schools where we encourage children to challenge themselves without fear of failure, to try new things and be open to a wide range of experiences: to join the band, sing in a choir, compete in sports events, build racing cars, become eco-warriors, stare at the stars with astronomers, crawl through trenches like the soldiers in WW2, perform Shakespeare on stage and embrace every opportunity that life throws at them!

Learning at our infant schools is rooted in first-hand experience: when trips to the Post Office, the farm, the shops and the zoo are the stimulus for the week ahead. We get dirty at Forest School but wash our hands before baking, and we learn to work hard in all that we do.

The adventure continues at our junior school with art and music delivered by enthusiastic specialists (imagine 30 violins played at once), children running the daily mile, taking advantage of meditation club, or the opportunity to sing at the Royal Albert Hall or the O2, not to mention bridge jumping on the Devon Coast.

Happy children are successful children and we focus on creating an inspiring, nurturing learning adventure where each and every child is listened to, and understood, so that they can flourish.   We support our children to embrace skills which will prepare them for lifelong learning, equipping them with resilience and self-discipline so that they have the confidence and ability to think for themselves and overcome challenges they may face.

Underpinning all this, standards and expectations are high. We are a dedicated and motivated staff who enable our students to work hard and achieve – we want the very best for our children.

Come and find out more for yourself.
